We are living in uncertain times right now.
We can't go out and socialize and do all the things we used to without taking serious precautions.
New coronavirus cases continue to rise, so it's more important than ever to get and stay healthy.
One immediate thing you can do is go outside and get Vitamin D from the sunlight.
You only need 10 minutes or so for Vitamin D to be produce from exposure to the sun and you don't need to wear a bathing suit either. All you need is for your hands, forearms and even lower legs to be exposed.
Getting Vitamin D will boost your immune system and help you ward off certain diseases like the flu.
Vitamin D also improves your mood and wards off depression.
If you can't get outside, then there are healthy foods that contain Vitamin D - salmon, mackerel, red meat and egg yolk are great examples.
So get outside and enjoy that sunshine! :)
