The squat is a movement pattern that we perform all day long, whether you know it or not. We squat when we workout and anytime you sit down and stand up. If we are going to squat for the rest of our lives, then let's get it right. If you are currently having trouble with your squats, try incorporating the prying goblet squat and cossack squat into your warm-up. The prying goblet squat specifically warms up the squat pattern, while the cossack squat also stretches your hamstrings and calves. Perform each movement slowly, listen to your body, and gradually increase your stretch.
