We all squat all throughout the day whether you know it or not. You squat when you sit down on your couch or chair, on the toilet and getting in and out of your car. If we are squatting all the time, then let's perform them properly to get the most benefit out of the movement. Squatting with proper form becomes even more important during a workout when we may load the squat with external resistance (kettlebell, barbell, etc.). Pay attention to your knees, posture and feet when you squat and you will reap the benefits of this awesome exercise.
